Digital Producer / Creative Project Manager / Cultural Storyteller

Clara is a digital producer with over 10 years experience creating award-winning media for museums and cultural institutions. She specializes in creative project management, end-to-end content production, and cross-platform implementation.

​

Most recently Manger of Digital Media & Experience at the Solomon R. Guggenheim Museum, Clara led innovative digital initiatives across the museum's three international sites (New York, Venice, Bilbao). Her previous roles span museum, digital, and documentary work at Acoustiguide, MediaCombo, BGC Gallery, Museum of the City of New York, MUSE Film & Television, and Thirteen/WNET.

 

Clara's passion for immersive storytelling began in New York's historic Hudson Valley, where early exposure to archaeology and historic sites sparked her dedication to transformative cultural experiences for contemporary audiences.

A multi-sensory digital series exploring the iconic architecture of Guggenheim's three sites - Frank Lloyd Wright's New York, Frank Gehry's Bilbao, and Peggy Guggenheim's Venice. This immersive experience transports visitors in each space through sights, sounds, smells, textures, and more.

Guggenheim Museum - Alex Katz: Gathering

A digital companion to the Guggenheim's exhibition, delving deep into the world of Alex Katz through interviews with his painting's subjects, including notable artists, family, and friends, plus commentary from museum staff.

Guggenheim Museum - Hear the Building's Story

In collaboration with the architecture and design podcast 99% Invisible, an exploration of the secrets hidden within Frank Lloyd Wright's iconic building design. Published in long-form for 99% Invisible's podcast, as well as an on-site experience for Guggenheim Museum visitors.

The Statue of Liberty-Ellis Island Foundation

An immersive audio experience featuring oral histories, expert interviews, historical reenactments, sound effects, and music encouraging visitor interaction with exhibition spaces and activities. Experiences included beacon-activated tours, translations, audio descriptions, ASL videos, and family content facilitating interaction between young visitors and caretakers.

Illinois Holocaust Museum

Audio guide for the Karkomi Holocaust Exhibition, immersing listeners into the personal histories of Chicago-area Holocaust survivors.

An interactive map accompanying the exhibition.

Co-curated exhibition recontextualizing objects from the Chipstone Foundation and the Bard Graduate Center Study Collection.
